All machines repaired subcontracted are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to longer than normal delays due to the volume of machines and parts availability. That is why Centre Caféfix cannot guarantee repair times or the repairability of your machine under any circumstances.

JURA - Variable delays between 4 and 8 weeks (12-month warranty or 3000 coffees)

LELIT - Variable delays between 4 and 8 weeks (6-month warranty, parts and labor)

DELONGHI - Variable delays between 4 and 8 weeks (3-month warranty, parts and labor)

Centre Caféfix and its certified collaborators reserve the right at all times to refuse a warranty if it is judged that excessive use, non-recommended use, or lack of maintenance is the source of the problem.

 To save time, you can fill out the form linked below and submit it when you drop off your machine.

You can send us the completed repair form directly by email, but these will only be added to the schedule once the estimate fees have been paid.

You can also pay your estimate fees directly by phone or by Interac transfer to info@centrecafefix.ca (Password: Estimation) or by selecting the service link below. Have your proof of payment on hand when dropping off the machine.

 We believe in courteous and personalized service, knowing that sometimes situations beyond our control can occur. That is why each repair estimate, whether under warranty or not, will be handled on a case-by-case basis, although exceptions may be made to accommodate the customer or if it is found that there has truly been negligence in the use of the machine.

 

Centre Caféfix and its collaborators reserve the right at all times to refuse a repair if its employees consider the machine to be unsanitary. Under no circumstances will Centre Caféfix or any staff members be held responsible for any damage resulting from poor customer maintenance or if a problem arises during the repair.

The customer has 30 days to pick up the machine from the moment they have been contacted, after which a 10% fee will be charged to the customer. We will keep the machine after 60 days if we have not heard from you.
