Repair responsibility

We will not be responsible for damages that poor handling may cause, for example: electronics, circuit deformation, and kettle damage.

Centre Caféfix and its collaborators reserve the right at all times to refuse a repair or warranty if their employees deem the machine unsanitary. Under no circumstances shall Centre Caféfix, its collaborators, or any staff members be held responsible for any damage resulting from poor customer maintenance or if a problem arises during the repair.

The customer has 30 days to pick up the machine from the moment they have been contacted, after which a 10% fee will be charged to the customer. We will keep the machine after 60 days if we have not heard from you.
