Tasting: This is our blend of coffees designed for filter, although it is just as good as an espresso. You will discover a cup with a lot of clarity, a nice acidity as well as a nice fruity side.

Filter settings (for coffee geeks!):
Ratio: 1:16 (1 gram of coffee = 16 milliliters of water)
Amount of ground coffee: 22 grams
Amount of water: 350 milliliters
Extraction time: Between 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the amount of coffee brewed
Temperature: 96 degrees Celsius
