Nordik - Dreams of Toriles 300G

A warm espresso from the heights of Comayagua, this lot comes from the isolated region of Toriles, located between 1600 and 1700 meters altitude in the heart of rural Honduras. Roasted specially for espresso, this washed coffee offers a rich and silky profile, with deep aromas of 55% dark chocolate, melting nougat, and ripe dates. For a long time, Toriles producers were excluded from the specialty coffee market due to their geographic isolation and lack of resources. In 2024, thanks to the Sueños de Semilla project, seven small producers learned to process their coffee themselves, achieving a quality that allows them to sell their microlots under their own name. This coffee symbolizes the beginning of their autonomy and rightful recognition.
